Enables device notifications for updates from the specified user. Returns the specified user when successful.

  • Specfies the ID of the user to follow with device updates.

  • Specfies the screen name of the user to follow with device updates.

  • You can also use the (ambiguous) parameter - id. The ID or screen name of the user to follow with device updates. (Example: http://twitter.com/notifications/follow/12345.json or http://twitter.com/notifications/follow/bob.xml)
